It additionally stands as the most-watched Fall Classic matchup since the 2017 Game 7 between the Dodgers and Astros, which drew over 29 million. This represents a 16% improvement over the last finale between the Washington Nationals and Astros, which drew 23.19 million viewers.

In the Nielsen ratings, the sixth game placed fourth, the fourth game ranked 7th, Game 5 came in 8th, and the third game finished in 13th place.

In the Canadian market, the game averaged 11.6 million watchers on Sportsnet and the French-language TVA Sports. This was the most-watched English broadcast in the country since the 2010 edition Vancouver Winter Olympics.

In Japan, where the final game started at 9 p.m. in the local time zone, it averaged 12 million.
